After purchase we need to receive your existing unit. For mainland UK customers, we include collection and outbound shipping in the price. For International customers, you need to ship us your existing unit and pay for outbound shipping.
Detailed instructions will be sent via email after purchase. If your unit is irreparable we will supply a diagnostic report and optional refund or replacement part.
Please allow 5-7 working days upon receipt of your existing unit before we dispatch the repaired unit. The repaired unit comes with our standard 3 month warranty.
