with brush, roller, spray, or dip rusted metal directly into solution. On Bare Or Rusted Metal Surfaces: Keep surface wet for 20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water. Remove excess from painted or chrome surfaces as quickly as possible to avoid discoloration.
