Description
The initial torque is fixed and has been set to the optimal setting for each vehicle type, with 1.5-Way for front wheel and 4WD vehicles and 2-Way for rear wheel drive vehicles. For some LSDs, LSD oil, side flanges, oil seals, cover gasket and ring gear bolts are included.
2 Way LSDs are effective whether accelerating or decelerating. Their particularity is the minimal change in operation between the two states. This makes this kind of LSD especially well suited for drift and dirt trial racing. With a 1.5-Way, the LSD will have stronger positive lock when accelerating than decelerating. There is a significant change between the two states which makes a 1.5-Way especially good for gymkhana racing.
