Pedal ratio’s are a little subjective as it is related to the positionof your foot and the pedal pad position but in theory you could have apedal ratio from 5.4:1 up to 6.9:1 Incorporating technology from thebench mark setting 900-Series, the latest generation of 600-Series pedalassemblies have been engineered to provide excellent performance atcompetitive prices
The newly redesigned 600-Series pedal assemblies incorporate featuressuch as ramps to prevent balance bar tipping, high-strength 7/16″balance bars, adjustable foot pads and oil-impregnated bronze bushingsat pedal pivots.
As with all Tilton pedal assemblies, ergonomic principles have beenapplied to reduce driver fatigue and provide exceptional feedback.
As the Tilton 72-616 pedal assembly positions the master cylindersinside the car, it is recommended that you use the 76-Series mastercylinders with stainless braided hoses or metallic hard lines in orderto remain complainant with motorsport regulations with regard to fluidsin the cockpit

Pedal assembly is fully optimised for strength, stiffness and weightusing Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
Adjustable clutch pedal stop prevents clutch over-stroking.
Forged aluminium pedals with adjustable (vertical & horizontal) footpads and anti-slip surfaces. Ratios achievable: 5.29:1, 5.44:1, 5.61:1,5.75:1.
Lightweight aluminium frame features guide “ramps” to reduce balance bartipping. By decreasing balance bar tipping, friction is decreased andbrake repeatability is improved.
Large diameter 7/16″-20 balance bar, allowing front/rear brake biasadjustments, minimises flex to provide a solid pedal feel/response.Coated aluminium clevises for increased durability and reduced friction.
Pedal pivots feature wave washers to reduce lateral pedal movement andoil impregnated bronze bushings decrease stiction.
